Stamp duty has been made exempt until 30th June 2021 for all property purchases up to £500,000

Mortgage Guarantee – Allowing first time buyers to benefit from a government guarantee scheme to purchase a home with as little as 5% deposit . Such lenders like Lloyds, Barclays, NatWest and HSBC have signed to this scheme.
How will this work out for you?
If you are currently in the process of buying your home you no longer need to worry about the end of March being your cut off date to complete, this is now extended to 30th June 2021 giving you the extra months for completion
